Stick drift is annoying, we know. For those of you who don't know, stick drift is when the analog sticks move, or "drift" on their own. Unfortunately it is a common issue. The most common cause of stick drift is simply heavy use of the controller.
There is a fix though! Sure you can replace it with another regular analog stick, but it is just bound to happen again in time. The solution is to install TMR thumbsticks. TMR stands for Tunneling Magnetoresistance. TMR thumbsticks use a quantum-effect magnetic sensor to detect movement.

They sense changes in a magnetic field without any physical contact between moving parts — meaning there’s no friction or wear over time like with potentiometers.

Compared to older stick technologies, TMR offers much higher precision and much finer resolution. Even very small thumb movements (micro-adjustments) are picked up more accurately.
