All controllers come with a free one year warranty with the option to extend it as long as 3 years. The Elite Series 2 controllers were plagued with certain issues such as thumbsticks, bumpers, and other components that were likely to fail in time. To combat this, we replaced certain critical components with upgraded parts to prevent those defects from occurring.

We also offer several add on features to this controller to customize it to your liking. On the right side of your screen you can scroll through the options and select what fits you best. Options include:
TMR Thumbsticks: TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) thumbsticks are a next-generation electromagnetic joystick technology for controllers designed to permanently eliminate stick drift. As of 2026, they are considered a premium upgrade over both standard potentiometer sticks and older Hall Effect sensors due to their superior precision and lower power consumption. These are a HIGHLY recommended option to select! If you do prefer standard sticks, or the older Hall Effect style, those are available options as well.
Thumbstick/D-Pad/Paddle Color: Choose from Black, Red, Gold, or Blue.
"Clicky" Mouse ABXY Buttons: If clicky ABXY buttons is selected as an option, we will install very responsive tactile switches on the ABXY buttons to provide you with a responsive button that can be activated faster than standard buttons due to the shortened distance required to press the button, in addition to the tactile feedback you will receive from the buttons.
